The following are answers to frequently asked questions to help assist you in your catering needs.

How do I order?

• Ordering from Get Me Greg's is easy. Simply select your event date and time, choose items from one of the drop down menus above, enter in your delivery and billing information, and confirm your order. Your order will arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to your event time.

Where are you located? Is there a delivery fee?

• We are located in Chicago, Illinois just outside the loop.
• Yes, there is a delivery fee. It varies based on your delivery location. Most deliveries are $25 per delivery which includes delivery, setup, biodegradable disposables

What are your ordering guidelines?

• All orders are processed via our secure shopping site and sent to the Get Me Greg's staff via e-mail for review and confirmation.
• There is a 24 hour cancellation notice for all orders. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. Any order that is cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full price of food.
• Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All orders placed past 5:00 p.m. on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.
  
• Our drivers can deliver between 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
• Disposable trays and serving utensils are included in the price.
• All of our cups, forks, knives, spoons, napkins and plates are biodegradable / compostable.

Is there a minimum order?

• There is a minimum order of 10 persons per order. Orders in excess of 100 people require 48 hour notice and may incur additional fees outside of list prices.

What is "Munch Money?"

• At Get Me Greg's we value your time and energy. So we have created a rewards program called Munch Money that's our way of saying "Thank You!" For every $1 you spend on our catering, you will earn $1 in Munch Money which will accumulate with every order. For every $1000.00 you earn in Munch Money, we will reward you with a coupon worth 20% off your next order. We will track your Munch Money for you. To view how much Munch Money you have accumulated, check your account.

When is my credit card charged?

• Your credit card is charged after your event takes place. Events larger than 100 guests may have special arrangements in terms of billing.

What if my company will not allow me to pay with a credit card?

• Get Me Greg's may be able to provide your company with house account and flexible billing options depending on your company's circumstances. Please contact us for further information.
