About Chef Greg Christian
The "Greg" behind Get Me Greg's! is passionate and innovative Chef Greg Christian, who believes food used as a vehicle for care and compassion can heal community. Trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Greg's dynamic career includes sous chef at the renowned Gordon Restaurant and cooking at the Masters Golf Tournament and Kentucky Derby. Since 1991, he has owned and operated the successful Chicago catering company, Greg Christian Catering, Inc.
While working with corporate clients, Greg realized there was a better, easier way to provide quality office catering. Get Me Greg's! is the brainchild of that vision. Greg's recent passion is the Organic School Project, a company he founded that seeks to transform Chicago-area children into healthier, more mindful eaters, one school and one child at a time. As a pioneer in the field of organic cuisine, Greg has also started a company called Greg Christian Organics that provides portable organic cuisine to those on the go.
